Dr. Jeri Muoio is Founder and CEO of Muoio Strategic Advisors, a business focused on building great work cultures, developing leaders within both public and private sector organizations, leadership coaching, and training.
She also serves as an adjunct professor at Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business, where she teaches Leadership and Organizations to students seeking their MBA.
Muoio is the former Mayor of West Palm Beach and was first elected Mayor in March 2011. She was reelected in March 2015. As a Strong Mayor, Muoio was responsible for all operations of the city. As Mayor, she focused on making West Palm Beach a great place for employees to work, believing that employees who are proud of where they work better serve the community. Through a partnership with the Great Place to Work Organization, Muoio worked to build a work culture based on trust.
Muoio, is a skilled and effective facilitator, coach, and trainer. She has worked with organizations in both the public sector and the private sector, helping them to build a high performing organization.
Prior to moving to Florida, Dr. Muoio served as Assistant Superintendent in both the Chappaqua, New York School District and the Fayetteville-Manlius, New York School District.
Muoio is a Training Partner with the Center for Serving Leadership, a John Maxwell Certified Trainer and Coach, and a John Maxwell Certified Corporate Facilitator.
She holds a Ph.D. from Syracuse University.

He helps professionals navigate transition, uncertainty, and inner realignment—guiding them to unlearn limiting patterns and reconnect with what truly matters. His professional background also includes political advising, real estate investing, and broadcasting.
Elliot Cohen has been on the front lines of high stakes public relations, marketing, campaign politics, and crisis communications for some of the nation’s largest organizations for almost 20 years.
He is a proven and award-winning strategist who has successfully represented organizations in both the private and public sectors.
Elliot has extensive experience in several sectors, including government, law enforcement, and healthcare. He served as Director of Media Relations for the 11th largest law enforcement agency in the United States. Elliot led media relations and crisis communications for one of the largest health care and health insurance companies in the state of Florida. He was also the Director of Communications for the City of West Palm Beach.
